Displayed in a bizarre setting, the body of a little girl is discovered. Law Enforcement in Fairfax, County, Virginia, requests the assistance from the Criminal Investigative Division of the FBI. A satellite facility under the direction of SAiC Simon Dubuclet, enlists the help of Special Agent Charley Faraday, an experienced behavioral analyst.
