'Alone with the Kowhai Tree' is the journal of an unnamed person who spent a hideous week alone in back country Aotearoa. 'After the Crash' tells the touching yet disturbing story of a friendship forged from carnage and death. Also included is ?? ('Humanity'), a poem written in Chinese, and its English translation.
