Ron Golden, now the richest man in the world, finds himself in possession of the rift generator, allowing him the ability to travel to alternate universes. The device shows one such universe paralleling his for thousands of years in close bondage. Ron and his friend Jack Strong travel to this unworldly realm, known as Hell, and are trapped by powerful lawn gnomes. Meanwhile Tracey Springs accelerates her training in the mysterious fellowship of the Trident in order to find her children who have been abducted to the immortal sponge Eiffelia's home planet Cambria. They must try to escape with the aid of the rotting living corpse of Cornish Bob Golden.
