We typically measure ministries by their size, influence and even the quality of entertainment. While these are wonderful demonstrations of Christian influence, they say nothing about the presence of the Holy Spirit. In fact, the power of God is missing in many ministries, replaced by religious practices. Whenever there is a decline in personal involvement with the person and character of the Holy Spirit, an increase in human activities serves as a camouflage. This work examines how and why the Spirit has been neglected. It also provides restorative hope for individuals and ministries.
