The Blink Act I: Incarnation

How does one cross the infinite abyss of time? How does one ford the vast spans of galaxies deep, let alone how can an entire civilization ever hope to do the same? If the distance between stars has no solution for traversal other than thousands of years of straightforward voyage, how can one ever hope to lie witness to what exists on the other end?
