Sally The Travelin' Saddle (Texas Festivals)

Howdy! The name's Sally and this here's a little of my story: There was an old saddle just sittin' in the barn. Thick dust covered her seat when she spun me this yarn about how she'd traveled through the states of this land, before windin' up here, on an old saddle stand. "Wait a minute! Wait just a doggone minute! Who're you callin' old and dusty?" Kiddos, that was Sally the travelin' saddle. This here's her new story with a little prattle. This first book in the Texas Festivals Series commemorates the Texas Word Wranglers Book Festival in Giddings, Texas. The festival takes place the second Friday of September at the Giddings Public Library and honors Texas authors as well as hometown heroes. Many terrific people work hard to make this event happen, and this book was written for them in honor of the 10th anniversary event.
