The plot revolves around Jimmie Linguine who is born and tragically murdered by his mother Izabelle. The goddess, Urdu, known as THE WET NURSE OF THE UNIVERSE, reincarnates Jimmie. She gives him brief life cycles with cruel apathetic mothers. Urdu also gives him a perpetual purpose-that is to destroy the world. The Perfect Plan documents Jimmies interactions and adventures with the men and women, replicas, gods, semi-gods, demons, goats, squirrels, dogs, turkeys, slugs, and cockroaches who travel with him through time to achieve the story's ending-The End?
