What's a secret military facility doing in Alaska? Well, that's exactly what FBI Special Agent and former Navy SEAL John Denning wants to know. John and fellow FBI agent Jennifer Tavana are sent on a routine assignment to return small-time felon, George Ruddy, to Oregon for trial. Instead, Russian special forces operators confront and try to kill them. During the confrontation, Jennifer is shot, and to save her, John is forced to drag her through icy Alaskan waters.
