A Desperate Measure

Eliot Waters and Sharon Hardcastle are a Colorado Couple. He's the Lake County Sheriff in Leadville and she's a detective on the Pueblo police force. Their geographic separation is only one part of the problem. One of Eliot's former lovers, Cassie Maugham, suddenly zooms into town and wants to resume their affair, one which she tossed away many years ago.
