What the F is a book that has been my goal for some time! This title came to me after watching a news story about a critically ill father who had written a book for his daughters. I thought to myself, what an excellent idea! Since tomorrow is not guaranteed. I pondered about better experiences that I wanted while growing into and through adulthood I would have preferred to have known before teaching them the hard way. Although trials and tribulations help you to grow as a person and to mature; there are some things I'd prefer my daughters not to go through as they learn about life. As I started to brainstorm life topics: first...finances, second...friendships and then faith, I realized a pattern, the letter F. It's constant and boldness of the content, was the notion I needed for the title. Within one year, I wrote without ceasing. Finally, at age 42, What the F was born! Understanding that some aspects of the book might bring feelings of depression (because life is not always easy), I collaborated with other women as I wrote. These women were diverse in various ways to obtain honest views and lessons from many aspects of their lives. This text shares stories of trials and triumphs, surrender and fight, hope and despair but coming out wiser along the way. I hope readers can relate to my experiences and at the same time learn something about themselves. So, with that...What the F, let's start reading!
