This book offers an expanded approach to lessons learned based on knowledge management methodologies; thus substantially reducing recurring mistakes and lessons repeatedly learned. Field experience shows that implementing this approach reduces recurring mistakes and redundantly repeated lessons and therefore improves organization performances.
